How can I track my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?
We strive to process orders promptly, but since our items are custom-made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist you.
How long will shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location. Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days, with delivery taking between 5-7 business days. International shipments may take additional time.
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please reach out to us at support@pitstopfits.com as soon as possible. We can only update your address if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
What is your return policy?
As all items are custom-made to order, they are final sale. We accept returns only for damaged or defective items reported within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizes, colors, or changes of mind. For more details, please review our Refund Policy.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@pitstopfits.com within 30 days. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase.
