Refund policy
As our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size, color, or simply changing your mind. However, we are committed to resolving any issues related to product quality or manufacturing errors.
Eligibility for Returns or Reprints
We offer a reprint or refund in the following situations:

The product is damaged upon arrival

There is a manufacturing error (such as incorrect printing)
For these cases, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Start a Return or Reprint
To initiate a return or reprint, email us at support@pitstopfits.com with the following:

A clear photo showing the damage or defect

If multiple items are affected, please include an additional photo (or video) showing all the affected items together
Before sending any items back, please contact us first via email. We cannot accept unapproved returns.
Damages & Issues
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Minor print variations in Direct-to-Film (DTF) products are normal and are not considered defects.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges as our items are produced on-demand. If you receive a faulty item, we will issue a reprint or refund.
European Union Customers
For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, the product must still meet the conditions outlined for returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Edit Orders
We automatically send all orders to production within a few hours of purchase to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, we're not able to make changes to your order (such as size, color, or design) once it's been submitted to production.
If you made a mistake when placing your order, please contact us immediately via email. While we’ll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made due to the short processing window.
Shipping Address Changes
We may still be able to update your shipping address after the order is in production, but only before it has been shipped. However, since some items ship the same day, we also cannot guarantee address changes. Please email us as soon as possible, and we’ll do everything we can to assist.
