After your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment via the courier's website. If you need any assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
We strive to process orders promptly, but since our items are custom-made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist you.
Tracking updates can sometimes take up to 48 hours to appear. If there’s no change after 72 hours, feel free to reach out to us at support@pitstopfits.com, and we’ll assist you further.
Shipping times depend on your location. Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days, with delivery taking between 5-10 business days. International shipments may take additional time.
Yes, we ship to select countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on your location. Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may apply.
If you need to change your shipping address, please reach out to us at support@pitstopfits.com as soon as possible. We can only update your address if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
Shipping costs are based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The shipping fee will be shown at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
Once your package is shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier. However, if your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help you locate it or assist with filing a claim with the carrier.
return and refunds
As all items are custom-made to order, they are final sale. We accept returns only for damaged or defective items reported within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizes, colors, or changes of mind. For more details, please review our Return Policy.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@pitstopfits.com within 30 days. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns outside of the 30-day return window. We recommend reviewing your order as soon as it arrives and contacting us promptly if there are any issues.
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the correct item.
